The Roanoke Valley Transportation Planning Organization (RVTPO) is seeking public input on transportation investments through the Surface Transportation Block Grant and Carbon Reduction Program(s). These are competitive programs that planning representatives from our urban localities and transit providers apply to receive. This public comment is for a request for additional funding to allow progression into the next construction phase of the Route 419 Streetscape, Phase 2 (UPC 119462).
