The Roanoke Valley Transportation Planning Organization (RVTPO) is seeking public input on transportation investments through the Surface Transportation Block Grant and Carbon Reduction Program(s). These are competitive programs that planning representatives from our urban agencies and localities apply to receive. This year, there are nine new projects requesting funding support. NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND HEARING FOR ROANOKE VALLEY TRANSPORTATION INVESTMENTS

The Roanoke Valley Transportation Planning Organization (RVTPO) seeks public input on transportation investments through the Surface Transportation Block Grant and Carbon Reduction Program. A public hearing will be held on March 26, 2026, at 1:00 PM, 313 Luck Avenue SW, Roanoke, VA.
