NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD AND HEARINGS FOR THE TITLE VI IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AND APPROVAL
The Roanoke Valley-Alleghany Regional Commission (RVARC) and Transportation Planning Organization (RVTPO) are seeking public input on the Title VI Implementation Plan. To review the plan and participate, visit https://engage.rvarc.org/title-vi-program. Comments will be accepted until Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and the hearings will be held at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 313 Luck Avenue SW, Roanoke, VA.
