FRIENDS of the Blue Ridge Parkway Roanoke Valley would like to be actively involved in the Partnership for a Livable Roanoke Valley. Having been entrusted by the National Park Service as the volunteer arm, helping to preserve and protect the Blue Ridge Parkway for future generations, we are very interested in elevating appreciation for, and awareness of, the Blue Ridge Parkway-Plateau District, an extremely valuable natural resource and tourism generator that needs to be better connected to its neighboring communities. I look forward to exploring the opportunities through PLRV.
