The Chair of the Roanoke Valley Transportation Planning Organization (RVTPO) has called an Emergency Meeting of the RVTPO Policy Board pursuant to Code of Virginia Section 2.2-3708.2(A)(3), for Thursday, April 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. The Emergency Meeting will be by electronic communications without a quorum of the Board physically assembled at one location.
The purpose of this meeting is to address the state of emergency declared by Governor Northam on March 12, 2020 pursuant to Executive Order Number Fifty-One regarding the COVID-19 pandemic disaster and supplemented by Executive Order Number Fifty-Three issued on March 23, 2020. This Emergency Meeting will allow the RVTPO Board to consider actions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic disaster.
